Balenciaga’s new Staple Sneaker, LiDAR-scanned and reconstructed in 3D.
This experimental short video combines digital craft with AI transitions, showcasing the sneaker in a constantly shifting visual & sonic landscape. Captured from multiple perspectives, the shoe morphs in scale, rotates through impossible orientations, and slips between physical and surreal environments. Abstract sound design underscores the transitions, built from processed field recordings and generative AI audio to create an atmosphere that feels otherworldly.

The result is a looping, multi-sensory piece that blurs boundaries between object and illusion, echoing my ongoing exploration of blending AI, 3D and sound design.
